Average CrossFit Athlete Stats

One thing I really like about CrossFit is that it nullifies the preverbal "one trick ponies". It’s not good enough to be genetically gifted in one area. The point is to do better on average across a wide range of events. No one is getting by on raw talent; you have to be good at everything.

Thinking of doing better on average, I wondered: what is the average CrossFit athlete like? Luckily, I was able to pull some stats from the 2010 CrossFit games. Check it out, pretty interesting stuff.
